For many years the Knights of Columbus at St Clement of Rome in Romeo have offered financial assistance to our parishes students attending Catholic K-12 educational institutions and colleges. We have 2 programs.
- Catholic Education Scholarship Fund (K-12 Catholic Institutions) – APPLICATION
- College Scholarship Fund (Higher Education beyond K-12) – This application process is done through your high school. You need to fill out an online form on the Four County Community Foundation website.
Each program has unique requirements. Please CAREFULLY read the instructions for the scholarship you’re seeking. Sadly, each year we set aside applicants because the submissions are incomplete. We are not requiring any tax documents with the submission. Please do not include them. Please indicate your household income (based on your 1040) in the ranges given. Like so many things at Church, the honor system applies here.
We do ask for an essay for all applicants. We read every single one and it’s an important consideration. A well-done essay carries more weight than household income. Submissions without an essay will not be considered.
